It’s almost that time of year again, and Black Friday deals on 3D printers have been creeping up earlier than ever. Last year, I purchased my first ever 3D printer, the Anycubic Kobra 2, thanks to an incredible Black Friday deal – and now I’m here to help you bag yourself a bargain on one of the best 3D printers, and maybe some filament spools too.
3D printer deals are already live and happening, so you don’t necessarilly need to wait until the big day (Friday 29 November) to start saving. We’re gonna be with you right up until Cyber Monday (2 December) tracking the top 3D printer deals as and when they go live, by using our clever deals widgets and quick links which you’ll find on this page. Creality Ender-5 S1: $529 $259 at Creality
Save $270: The Creality Ender-5 S1 offers high-temperature printing at speeds of 250mm/s, meaning you can 3D-print models in no time at all. It has a touchscreen interface and expert-level calibration tools for fine-tuning. This is a much better price than last year, when it was reduced to $335 at Creality.
Anycubic Kobra 3 Combo: $549 $399 at Anycubic
Save: $150 This new 3D from Anycubic is something of a first, offering smart multi-colour printing (up to 8 colours) with the help of an attachment called the ACE Pro, which doubles as a filament dryer.
For price context, the recommended retail price of the Anycubic Kobra 3 Combo is $599.99 for the full package or $369 for the printer alone. With this in mind, I think the deal above is a bargain.
ELEGOO Neptune 4 Pro: $359.99 $269.99 at Amazon
Save $90: This exclusive Prime deal knocks 25% off the popular ELEGOO Neptune FDM 3D printer with high print speeds of 500mm/s, and it boasts auto levelling as well as Klipper Firmware for those who prefer to code differently.
Best for beginners – Anycubic Kobra 2 Neo: $199 $149 at Anycubic
Save $50: This 3D printer deal is excellent for beginners, you get a machine that’s affordable, and user-friendly with features like auto-levelling and fast 250mm/s print speeds, all for under $150. You can’t ask for much more.

Anycubic Kobra 2 Pro: $309 $199 at Anycubic
Save $120: Referred to as the ‘Speed Ace’ printer, this offering from Anycubic boasts an X10 amount of speed Compared to “mainstream” FDM 3D printers with a maximum printing speed of up to 500mm/s.

SAVE £80: This budget Creality3D printer is currently on offer at a great price. It might not be the best on the market, but offers a decent print volume, is easy to assemble and improve, and can produce high-quality prints at a low price.

Anycubic Kobra 2 Pro: £329 £209 at Anycubic
SAVE £120: Similarly to its sibling above, the Anycubic Kobra 2 Pro has some serious speed, with a 10X Max print Speed of 500mm/s. The firmware with this model means you can remote control your printer via the app, to monitor real-time slicing and time-lapse features.

SAVE £50: One of the best 3D printers for beginners just got an amazing price cut now under £160 at Anycubic UK. I was so tempted by this deal as a beginner/intermediate to 3D printing that I nearly bought it, but opted for the Kobra 2 instead.

Black Friday 3D Printers: Sale predictions
Black Friday 3D printer deals traditionally offer the best prices on 3D devices seen all year, with record-low prices and discounts of up to $200 or more on existing top-of-the-line products. A standout deal from last November was $190 off the Elegoo Saturn printer and $210 off the Anycubic Mono X 6K printer – which could fall even further this Black Friday.
3D printers that have been superseded by newer models are usually the ones that tend to have the best Black Friday offers, although even popular FDM printers like the Anycubic Vyper can have price cuts too, and was listed for just $339 last Black Friday with a $90 saving down from $429.99.

Which 3D printer should I buy?
It all depends on your projects and the sort of things you wish to create. Resin 3D printers are great for working with smaller details, but some resins like photopolymer will require light to eventually cure and harden.
FDM (fused deposition modelling) 3D printers have become more popular in recent years, and work by melting and dispensing plastic filament through a hot end and creating layers that sit onto a build plate.
